Netscape 7.1 and Above

You can use Netscape 7.1 and above with any Winja application. 
 
 

Using the Email Buttons on the Panels

In order to utilize the e-mail functionality on the Winja panels you must have either Outlook/Outlook Express or Netscape Mail configured on your computer.  Please call the Help Desk at 486-4357 if you need help configuring your e-mail program.
 
 

Using a Mac

If you are using a Macintosh computer please be advised that any version of Netscape may not work.  The recommended browser when using a Mac is Internet Explorer 5.0.
 
 

Potential Netscape Problem

If you experience any difficulties with the Winja panels while using Netscape it is recommended that you clear the cache from your browser.  To do so, complete the following steps:

1) Click EDIT on the browser and choose PREFERENCES
 

2) Expand the ADVANCED option and click (highlight) CACHE.

3) Click the CLEAR MEMORY CACHE button.  The following dialogue box will appear.  Click OK.

4) Click the CLEAR DISK CACHE button.  The following dialogue box will appear.  Click OK.

5) Restart the browser.
